New iMac Setup

Congrats on the new purchase! I’ve pasted my advice for you below and I wanted to share the steps and downloads we’ll want to do when the computer is powered up at home. I recommend the following apps for a new iMac:

  • 1Password over LastPass

  • AVG

  • MalwareBytes

  • Pocket for savings articles and pages

  • Evernote for notes - apple is close to winning this contest

  • Google Assistant

  • Flipboard

  • Things or Keep
